The M.W.A is a written agreement or contract between the Employee Union and Dean Transportation management. It explains in detail what is expected from both organizations in order to have a working environment that helps to protect all parties and insures fairness to both employees and to management. This contract is renegotiated every 5 years between Dean management and the DTEU.
